Randy Crank would later become the head of a unit. At the beginning, he wasn't allowed to use the word "gang," he said. "The more I got into it, the more I liked it."

 Bounty Hunter Bloods gang member pleads guilty to homicide, racketeering : Twenty-two year old James Martin Harris, a/k/a “Bloody 45,” of Portsmouth, Virginia, pled guilty yesterday in Norfolk federal court to one count of racketeering and one count of possession of a firearm in a homicide. Harris entered his guilty plea before United States District Judge Jerome B. Friedman. Harris will be sentenced on November 9, 2010 and faces a maximum penalty of life in prison.

 ‘Gang-type’ graffiti vandalism reported in Virginia: VIRGINIA ��” Several garages were vandalized with what Virginia Police officials are calling “gang-type” graffiti late Monday night into early Tuesday morning. A spokesperson for the police department said 10 or more garages were “tagged” or spray-painted with graffiti in alley ways in the following areas: The 800 and 1000 blocks of 15th Street North; the 600 block of 13th Street North; and the 1000 block of 16th Street North.
